    Hi hun

If they have not supplied you with all the information, especially as you requested a SAR, you can contact the information commissioners office (ICO), to ask if they can try to help you here, tell them you require these due to an ongoing reclaim complaint.

No harm in ringing the ICO:

Good luck, please keep us posted, and the ICO will either contact them on your behalf or some guidance.;)

I sure hope so, quicker I receive this info then I can hoepfully prove charges are unfair and owe them nothing.

Good luck hun, the ICO should be able to at least give some sort of advice or even contact them to chase them up on this for you.;)

someone needs to do something.... they are stalling because they are covering something up. Can't answer my questions pass me from department to department or put the phone down on me.

Surely its not an unreasonable question to ask what they have charged me for.

I dont think charging me 20% apr when im in financial difficulty ie in a DMP can be deemed as fair.

This is so unfair isn't it? 20%......, that just isn't on!
I would tell the ICO everything, as you do need the paperwork to work on for your charges, its unbelievable isn't it of these banks?
You being fobbed off then to pillar to post.
How frustrating this is for you.

i am with you on this one, a friend of mine got into trouble with a catalogue( she lost her job) and the cheeky beggers reduced her payment and now they charge a monthly interest, i dont think they should be allowed to do this when people are clearly trying to make ends meet, there should be a law against this

    Hi amersall;).

OMG that is bad too, how pathetic they are .
Yes there should be a law against this.

And there is a banking code they should use as well, they certainly don't know how to treat their customers fairly !!!

    Hi,

My name is Linda and I am Showergirls friend.

I got myself in a right state yesterday over this ppi reclaiming, and received a statement from A and L yesterday which included £19.70 ppi.

I rang showergirl last night and she asked me to call round this morning to look at your site. I now feel much better having read some of your stories and know I am not alone. Showergirl even rang the FOS for me and I spoke to someone who took my details and is going to send out a complaints form. I feel so much better now.

I will let showergirl keep you informed as to how I get on. She is busy making a cup of coffee for me before I go to work.

She is a great friend and I would not know what I would do without her.

Thanks to you all and Showergirl for your support

Hi everyone I have just popped on for 5 mins before I go to work and have seen this post from my friend Linda.
I had no idea she had done this. When she rang last night I told her to pop round and have a look at this site as Di suggested, so she could see what others go through when rclaiming ppi. I also showed her how the site works.

She has gone to work feeling so much better as for me being a good friend all I am doing is trying to help were I can.

Its nice when someone appreciates what I am doing and I will tell her this when I get to work
