    Hi dialysis

    Its bad isn't it?

Funny enough I was saying to my hubby earlier its been a year coming up that our case has been with them, however that is in regards of Twopart/eloan.

Seems to be taking forever doesn't it ?

    Hope your okay though hunni.:AXXX
Hi Di It is so unfair bet it wouldnt take a year if we owed them money!!! We are okay just hoping for a last minute repreive before we lose our home. Our council house is now empty so we should be hearing soon as to when we can move in. We are up and down still cant beleive I have to move out though but hoping it might be start of new life. Hope you are ok too;)

Hi all anyone heard anything about picture and going into default yet what is the fscs doing keeping us waiting so long. I am getting so frustrated now keep looking on their wesite for news it is so annoying. My MP is disgusted that our complaint has been upheld and still the fscs wont pay up I am getting really p.....d off now:mad:
All, have just spoken with FSCS who give same old story of waiting for Picture to be in default. I asked what would happen should Picture fail to pay out the first ppi refund of £4200 which is due in 3weeks(altho they have 21 days to pay) and all they said was please ensure i tell them either way.... Should they pay then atleast 6 months installments will be paid whilst they go into default . If they don't pay up  (and we not missed a payment) then i guess i cancel my DD or rather reduce it to a 100th of the premium. Anyone got a better idea.:rotfl:

Hi Ashmam is this the refund of the PPI for not making a claim? If they do not pay up all I can suggest is ringing them, if it was me waiting for the money I wouldnt hold my breath, sorry. Maybe like you say dont pay all your premiums.

Hello dialysis, the thing I find so annoying is that they cant give a rough timescale, why cant they say it will happen in a certain period of time?
Gumbi if you are about, any news from your insider? Pleeeeease.xx

Anyone had any dealings with Cahoot flexiloan? I sent the £10 and asked for SoA. Got a letter today that basically said I'd asked for my bank statements (erm, I asked for everything) and thanks for the £10 then went on to say they assumed I was asking for them because of bank charges (erm, no again!) and saying that they weren't making decisions on bank charges at the moment. Then saying, however we have enclosed your statements - but they didn't enclose anything. The letter is quite useless...after waiting ages... and I'm going to have to write again. Just wondering if this is Cahoot's usual strategy?

Co-op did this with me. I had to write back and then make a million calls and eventually they sent everything.

    Hi Pammie

    Hope your well.;)

If they still can't supply the information, was this taken out within the last 6 years?
Sorry you did say before but can't remember.....:o.

If within the last 6 years in England and Wales and Scotland 5 years not sure about anywhere else, but they should still hold the details on your account.
Despite that you could try contacting the Information Commisssioners Office (ICO) and see what they suggest.;)
    https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx

Good luck with this, hope they can suggest or help in some way, please let us know, cheers.XX
