    Hi amersall, how are you today?:D

    Any one got an address to send Natwest PPI complaints to please ? inlaws are getting the run around from their local branch . xx

    Thanks Di, they gave a letter into their local branch, who after 4 weeks said they couldnt guarantee it had got to the right place!! So gave them a number to call, I told them no phone calls only letters.

    Not a problem Pinknico, and yes your right, keep everything in writing in case it needs to be looked into later.;)

  • i have to decide today wether to accept a good will gesture refund from rbs for nat west credit card. through the fos they have offered me six years refund although my ppi has been going for 10/11 years. i don't know wehter to accept the 6 years or keep going to try and get the whole lot!

    any ideas anyone!

    Hi hun

    I did read something the other day, cannot remember what thread this was posted, that they will only go back paying as far as 6 years, however I could be mistaken.
    Otherwise I would try to go for the whole lot.
    But with my Credit Card ppi, not the same company, mine was also dealt with by the FOS, and resolved through them, where they had to refund me all I paid in ppi, plus interest etc, this was taken out in 2001, paid off by 2004.

    See what other posters say hun, or ask the FOS, the one dealing with your case.

    hi there not really sure about this, i think they are only going back 6 years, di will be best placed to answer this as i believe she got one for further back than that. well done any way for getting them to make the offer they have, thats excellent!
