Thanks again.
I wouldn't expect their first response to be a full and final, if it is FOS it with the front loaded added to the questionnaireSuccesses

If the bank were to not uphold my complaint, would the Ombudsman look at things like the PPI being "front-loaded" even though I didn't specifically complain about this?
I have to say I agree with everyone here who advises against using a Claim Company (because they are so expensive), but there still seem to be quite a few pitfalls to guard against when filling in the Ombudsman's questionnaire:eek:.
Hi sorry we've only just got back to you, even though you might not have mentioned every reason of complaint the banks and the fos should now assess all claims under the new updated fsa rules and yes the fos would look at this as long as you complained within 6 months of a decision. as to the questionairre just follow the questions and answer the best you can.0 -

Apologies if this question has been asked but I can't see it anywhere in this thread..

Hey Guys and Girls
Just popped in after a few months away to see how everyone is. Glad to see the battle is still being fought. Anyone got any news as to whether Lloyds are still taking ages to pay out. My sister is still waiting 10 weeks after her offer letter so i am now on a mission to get her money back. My family are still enjoying our money that we got back from halifax last november. had a fab xmas!! Good luck to everyone still persuing their claims. Hang on in there.

Hi this "full and final response" is utter rubbish and to be ignored.
IT'S ONLY FINAL WHEN YOU GET A FULL REFUND
It is amazing that with all the bad publicity about these loss making banks that they still think they have special words which are designed to put you off.
TAKE NO NOTICE, GO FOR THE KILL
All the banks committed fraud against consumers, including you so how do you feel about being defrauded and money stolen from you ?0
