Right hun, not a problem, write to them and request for the copy's of the agreements for the ones you do not have, they normally cost a £1 each (cheque or postal order) and they should supply these to you by 12 days of requesting these.
If your surname, address were different then, add them on the letter but make sure they delivery to your current address, it may also be worth writing down your date of birth as well.
So if its 2 agreement copies you require then that is made in postal order, either by 2x£1 postal order or cheque payments.
Again post by recorded delivery when requesting for these.
However, on the thread there is a SAR (Subject access request) template, this one costs £1- cheque or postal order payment for this request, because your requesting for everything they have on you on your accounts going back as far as 6 years.
They have 40 days to comply to the SAR request.
The SAR template you will find on the thread. X
Hope this helps hun.;)

Hi I am a new member just joined today altho I have been reading all your posts with great interest.
I have a few loans with PPI however, had I known about this site I wouldnt have gone straight to the Financial Ombudsman.
I have loans with the following: -
First Plus took out loan in 2005 with them for £15000 then in 2006 I settled that one and took out a further advance of £40,000 with PPI of over £11,000. I did not tick the box for PPI on the form yet they still have included this. Noticed also on the 2nd loan the PPI had not been deducted from the first loan and I complained to FOS about this as I had calculated what I had paid and it came to less than what my settlement figure was?
Also have a loan with Welcome Finance again with PPI taken out and this one is for £15,000 with PPI of over £2,000. This I had asked for an unsecured loan and was given a secured loan with I may add negative equity in my home? I cannot understand how this was allowed to happen?
Also have had several loans with Halifax 2 of which I took PPI out.
Checking back files with previous loans I notice I had one with Direct Line and also with Black Horse.
Have a lot of questions to ask?
First of all I went to the Ombudsman instead of sending the first letter. Do you think I should now send this letter to them only the Halifax and WC have replied to the letter from FOS.
I read with envy all your success stories and wish it would be me!
Any help or advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
If I am successful I would definately pay the cash towards reducing my loans.
Thanks in advance

Hi Tracey and welcome.;)
Now its your turn to try for success, if you have been mis sold hun for any reason then you try to reclaim all your PPI back.
Do you have all the paperwork for these? The agreements?
If not write to them request for a copy and enclose a payment of £1 by postal order of cheque payment, they should send you this request by 12 days.
Now in regards of reclaiming back your PPI:
Here is a useful link below with further info and if any of that occurs to you along with any of your reasons you already have add them to the letter.
There are letter templates on the link to help you through this and they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
You may have to write back again if they do not resolve this first time round, they will let you know in the response letter you have, that you have the opportunity to do this with further information in order for them to reconsider.
In the final response from them they will let you know how you can take this matter further if your not satisfied with the outcome, this is normally the Financial ombudsman service (FOS).
However, if you do not hear anything by 8 weeks you should be eligible just to continue to go to the FOS, as 8 weeks is ample time for them to deal with this.
Link here as stated above to help you through this and remember to post by recorded delivery.

Hi Di
Yes I have everything I am a terrible hoarder :rotfl:
Thanks I will have a look tonight when I come in from work as I have an active 4 yr old who wants me all to himself when I get home x:jLiving Life to the Full0 -
i wouldnt cancel it as you will have to wait longer as you then have to go through mis sell.- when you cancel this ppi you only get 78% of the ppi taken off your loan, the remaining 22% ppi you have to continue to repay for the rest of your loan, you also do not save much by way of a reduction on your loan monthly payment (take this from someone who knows) go for mis sell if you dont like the response back from first plus go straight to fos, dont let this company get away with this. good luck and keep us posted, the guys and gals on here are a fountain of wisdom they will help you every step of the way
In Angie's case-they are only going to give her back around 25% for cancelling in first year--the 78% offer only comes later when you refuse the first one--
but as Amersall says--its MIS-SELLING to go for not CANCELLATION (as they will hardly reduce the mthly pymnt anyway for CANCELLATION)aka Calculator

Hi I got a loan from Lloyds 4th December 2002. With the loan I got loan protection Insurance. I am a widow with a state pension. I asked for a refund. I got a letter this morning offering me £1,151.93 plus intrest. They say I am unable to give you a precise calculation as intrest will be added up to the time of settement, however for illustrative purposes only, the refund of premiums would equate to which intrest charges will be added. If I accept offer of refund I understand that this payment will be made to my loan account to reduce the outstanding debt.
Post up details when you are ready and we'll look at them
1)-Date of agreement and Number of Months of Loan
2)-Date of first payment
3)-Amount of Cash Advance Loan / Monthly Pymt at outset / % at outset
4)-Amount of PPI Loan / Monthly Payment at outset/ % if different to above
5)-Total Loan Amount (not incl interest)/ Total Mthly Pymnt (as a crosscheck of above 2 to be sure) at outset
6)-Number of payments made so far
7)-Present Monthly Total Payment + %
8)-Exact figures & wording from your received refund letter (or telephone conversations) and dates thereof with refund amounts,8% amounts, & new arrangements for revised mthly pymnt etc
9)-any history you have of Interest Rate Changes in form of a list---
Date of Change/new amount/new %
