No replies so I will have to go in blind.
Hi Zeblet sorry you have had no response. I would think that is because we do not have many on here that have gone down the same route as you are. You are very brave I have to say.:D
The only point I could make is that they may be looking to see if this was an advised or non advised sale of PPI Insurance.
Have a look through this link and wishing you all good luck tomorrow. http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/other/factsheet_sales.pdf:mad:0 -
Well done you and of course it will help others and give them an idea of whom are in the same situation.;) :T , great work......

I wrote for a SAR to OH Barclaycard and they only came back with a load of statements, I wrote again giving them til the 14th February (40 day limit) to produce the agreement, application form they claimed to be sending with the ticked ppi box and any other information they had on. I also asked for the full ppi amount back. I sent this using the 'signed for' delivery option and I have checked on track and trace that they have received it but still no reply, absolutely nothing.
Lloyds have also ignored me and never did send me their encrypted cd  following my SAR to them.
I obviously have no choice but to contact the FOS now over this, I guess that makes me number 546758493rd in the queue :rotfl:DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
