    If you do make a reclaim aganist these and their not regulated it's possibly they may turn it away, but the other avenue from here then would be the underwriter/insurer of the policy, who would have been regulated no matter when and what etc.

    Thank you I keep emailing Aviva but they do not respond to any of my emails they have till 27th July for my welcome loans so fingers crossed. Not sure why they dont reply to emails though

    it'll be interesting to see what happens i've tried every other way of getting the account numbers ha ha, if i could get the account numbers i'll cancel there sar cheque,thats all i need

    hi Cappo,

    did you say this was for lloyds the account numbers as if you bank with them drop in on your local branch they will have the account numbers, opening and closing account dates on they systems :D

    did you say this was for lloyds the account numbers as if you bank with them drop in on your local branch they will have the account numbers, opening and closing account dates on they systems :D




    I might do that yet marksman i'll get em in the end if my names not cappo.:beer:

    Hi Di there just trying to play games with me,there toying with the wrong person,long gone are the days that i thought banks were our friends and looked after us,i will relentlessly chase them now and if they don't respond i will contact the ico and fsa,i have about as much compassion for them as they have for us.:p
