yes Di i did, we'll see how quick they respond,i don't even know if they have these cc account numbers any more as when they sent me a letter with all my accounts held with them surprisingly the credit card numbers wern't on there,it gets more mysterious by the minute lol.:D0 -

On the FSA register, it seems they were appointed by then, so its possible they were, however you can check for definate by asking the FOS on the general query line.

I paid loan off in March 2004
Right ok, it maybe worth checking with the FOS on this as well, as its possibly they may have been regulated by GISC before the FSA taken over.
If you do make a reclaim aganist these and their not regulated it's possibly they may turn it away, but the other avenue from here then would be the underwriter/insurer of the policy, who would have been regulated no matter when and what etc.
