Hello, very nice forum with so many resources all detailed, it's brilliant.
I only realised not so long ago that the PPI of my loan(s) was mis-sold, so I'm going to try to reclaim it. I was a student at the time I took the loans therefore once I was unemployed, looking for a job after university, I realised the PPI couldn't do anything for me.
I started with a loan in 2003, in 2004 I got it re-loaned and again in 2006 (still running until march 2011), 3750 pounds worth of PPI so fingers crossed I can get some or all back.
Shall I send 1st the PPI claim for the currently running loan or all 3 at the same time (separately of course)?0 -
Hello morning,
Both the Natwest letters have now been delivered. So the clock starts ticking from yesterday for Egg and today Natwest.. is it 8 weeks to give a final answer or 8 weeks to just acknoweldge me?

Hi Alyrian, I had a loan with natwest that i consolidated with another. I have sent Natwest two seperate letters. In the letter for the first loan I advised that it was consolidated with another loan with natwest and gave the other loans account number.
this is all new to me, but believe that was the best option.
Good luck!0 -
Hi there and welcome, yes do all 3 at the same time and put the different account numbers, when i have had multiple loans i have just put one letter in with all account numbers and said they were consolidated into each other, they were still looked at and they have no excuse to say to you they only received 1 complaint and not all of them. Good luck with this and if you need help just shout!Hello, very nice forum with so many resources all detailed, it's brilliant.

Hi there, it is 8 weeks for them to give you a final answer, your complaint should be acnowledged in about the first 4 weeks, some take longer, barclays took 6 weeks to acknowledge my friends complaint they may in this time request that you give them more time, that is fine but question it if they ask for a third extension.Hopefully your claim will be sorted within 8-12 weeks.Good luck and keep us posted.Dazzarazza wrote: »Hello morning,

Hi there
As amersall and Darren says, do together (if letter) but make sure you write all account numbers that apply, especially if you have the same reasons to make a reclaim.
But if your using the questionnaire issued by the FOS, these are quite new and used instead of reclaim template letters and are in replacement of the first template letter on this site, some say to keep it separately.
But either way, just as long as you have the same reasons for being mis sold on all 3, I can't see no harm in keeping it to one, its up to you of course, they still have to deal with the 3.;)

Good morning all,
Hope you are well?
When Lloyds work out my payment will the interest be calculated to when I cancelled the PPI in 2007 or will it be calculated up to now?
Also, the fact that they are having to remove the PPI payments from the credit card and re calculate my monthly payment, minus the PPI, means that the current balance that I have should be reduced considerably. Can they reduce my limit at the same time or would this be considered treating me unfairly as a result of me winning my complaint.0
