Do you REALLY need that tattoo? Its so commonplace now they are boring. No tattoos is the new tattoo :)

Well I have thought about it for about 15 years so not exactly impulsive decision if that helps!!
  • my son has just had his first appointment at lucky cat tattoo in Glasgow, the detail is first class and that's it still just half done! He's going back through to for his next appointment to have it completed next Wednesday :)

I have been going to Skin scribe's Johnny Silver for 19 years. His line work is superb, his art work amazing and his patter a bonus to keep ya intertained while getting the best tattoo in the uk!!!
I can't remember the amount of times I get complimented on my tattoo's and although I do my own designs they only look as good as they do because John is a true artist and every line is perfect. I for one will never get anyone else to tattoo me, for me there's only Johnny!!!
    :)
  • Hey,
I started this thread some time ago and I'm now planning another tattoo :T

For this one I'm planning Edinburgh... recent recommendations please...

The tattoo is going to be on the top of my right foot, something delicate and feminine, with swirls and tiny forgetmenots. I'm off to browse designs on google images ;)

    Thanks in advance..

Check out Inkdependent on facebook, also...I've heard great things about Tribal and red hot and blue.

I got my foot tattoo done at inkdependent >> pic - it cost £100 :\ bit expensive but worth it

I was Wondering if anyone knows of a good tattoo parlour in the Glasgow vicinity that are willing to do hand tattoo's.
i have found many are unwilling to do these and i don't know from the few that do which of them will do a good job.

    Thanks

Lucky Cat Tattoo on Great Western Road will do it but they will make you very aware of the fact that the tattoo will not last. As long as your happy with that they will do it.
  • Thought I'd add FCI tattoos in Springburn. Great tattooist, good rates, fab artwork ;)
  • best tattooist in scotland has to be timeless tattoo.

went in and was a bit dubious at first after seeing some the review on here but my tattooo i have to say was tremendous.
wanted a traditional style rose and banner done but hadnt seen one.one of the guys there drew it up for me on the spot and was better than any of the other things i had seen when i was looking online and stuff.
most of my mates have been to blancolo and terrys but its just not worth it...all stuff thats been done before and worn by millions.
    reasonabley priced aswell.
    thats my 2p :)
