Have you noticed, no one is ever 'a full time Mum to 3 awful children'. There must be some out there, surely.

My life is identical to yours BOBS. Just substitute 'children' for 'holidays', 'jewellery' for 'sandwiches' and 'church' for, erm, well, whatever the athiest version of a church is (pub? Richard Dawkin's house?).

I call mine the monsters! :D
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
  • Solicitor. Thankfully not doing conveyancing so my job's relatively safe.

Same here- doing litigation and insolvency work so pretty damn busy.

OK, I confess, I parent a stroppy, hormonal teen girl who can really get on my nerves sometimes and then be sweetness and light at others. Give me toddlers anyday.

Had a tiff tonight. OH in London/Leicester for week, so just us. Has no clean tights as didn't go in wash at weekend, humping, grunting but doesn't do a wash herself..despit the fact I am working full on and have a tight deadline.

Got son (21) coming down tomorrow for a few days from uni.....so, fridge will be emptied in hours. He's not awful anymore as he doen't live at home F/T.;)

So that's two of you working on a tight/s deadline.

For tights, I'd wash them by hand and wring them out. Then press them hard between towels (spreading them out as much as I could). Then, get a hairdrier that has one of those wide round diffusers and you can finish them off by standing up and holding the diffuser downwards into the tights (either a leg at a time or fix the waistband to the diffuser.
