I meant the English Bull Terriers...well at least the ones ive had dealings with dont seem very bright lol.
lol aww, not sure on them I don't know anything about them except they're rumoured to have fab personalities like funny little quirks & such, would be nice to get to know one, someone across the road has one or he might be a x I can't remember lol
The Staffs make me laugh cause they know exactly what they're told to do & will play on it, other day mine was terrified of fireworks, so whe she went out & came back in I gave her a treat & praised her, now she'll pretend to not want to go, dash out, run in & sit by her treat box waiting as if to say well, I did it!
Only trouble is, there's NO fireworks right now!0 -
When my children where little we were asked to 'babysit' a lovely female English Bull terrier. So before we agreed we went and spent some time with her. She was very young but appeared to be fully grown. We decided against the 'babysitting', reluctantly as she was very boistrous and strong and was mouthing a lot. I was too worried she would knock one of the kids over or accidentally hurt one of them.0

idk bout EBT but yeah they can be boisterous lol and they CAN walk like tanks, but they so make up for it in character. Mine's just sat quietly while the Cat eats right next to her! She's being so good & I can see she's dying to lick the Cat too!0

Yes Mely, the once pure black young boy is now an old gnarled grey muzzeled old thing and this lovely young lady, "fostered him", got him for life.Awwww Billy the lab...what a heartwarming post!
Not to mention her wonderful husband who indulges all her taking care of dogs.
I will see if she'll allow me to take pics of her adoptees.0 -

Mine would (Like most) lick you to death if given the chance, they're renowned for being excellent with kids, and adore people. You couldn't get a more placid dog!

Coff, I tried to give her her brekkie in the livingroom today & she wouldn't touch it until I went into the kitchen & put it in there. Just booked her for an intensive 2hr training session on 14th too with a woman who used to be the behaviourist for the rescue she's from! She's bringing her Dogs & leaving them in the car in case they're needed yay0 -
