Monday - Living room, hall and stairs!
Level One
Clear and wipe surfaces
Polish all the glass things
Level Two
declutter and vacuum/mop the floors!
Wash windows
Vacuum under furniture you can move..
Level Three
Wash any soft furnishings that are in need
Sort through coats and bags and shoes etc
De-web and de-fluff the room
Extras
wipe and water any plants
29 fling boogie!
Fill a binbag of swag for charity shop
Wipe all the paintwork in the living room!


Wednesday Beastst Pits and Spare Ooms!
Level One
Strip bedding.. and wash
vacuum off the dustmites and turn the mattress!
Level Two
Clear the floors of gibble!! and vacuum them
Wash windows
Wash curtains/beanbags/bears .. whatever needs doing
Level Three
Tidy up all the books and games on the shelves
Find 5 things EACH to go live elsewhere.. they have to be your own!!
Take ALL the dirty laundry downstairs and put it is the laundry mountain!
Extras
Binbag dance!
Sort through the school uniform pile.. what is outgrown? What is unwearable?
Wipe the paintwork.. doors, desks, skirting,
IF you can.. move the bed and vacuum underneath!


think, I am going to find a bathroom list a DD is home all day today and can't get to do much of upstairs unless she sleeps

Thursday - Bathroom & study (NOT the junk room any more!!)
Level One
Declutter the floor in both areas!
Declutter the desk and wipe off the grotty marks!
Level Two
Wash the windows
Vacuum/mop floors
Clean baths, loos, showers, sinks etc
Level Three
Scrub the tiles and taps.. defrag pc while doing this

Morning all, haven't been flying so far so I am going to jump in today and do as much as I can I haven't got a spare room as such as they need to be sorted out - one is Dh's and I'm not allowed in there as that is his "den!" and t'other is where we put everything that won't go in the loft, although this is going to be cleared out in March and turned into a guest room finally mainly due to the loft being cleared out. Not sure what to call today's list probably just extensions of Monday and Tuesday..lol

Have a friend coming around for lunch today so have to get my rear into gear otherwise she will be eating fresh air..lol

Empty and wash out bins
Level Two
Clear out the fridge and make note of what needs using sharpish - had to do this as I had to put bits from the veg box away
Sweep and mop floors
Clear and wipe table.. add a clean cloth if necessary!
Level Three
Wash windows
HHI
Wipe and replace all the small appliances - oh how true this was, had to order a new toaster as ours broke after only using it 10 times. It was a Christmas present too from a neighbour, although I hate to admit it was a rather cheap toaster and not very well made. Anyway ordered a totally different one from Amazon and it is being delivered on Thursday.

1. Wipe all the cupboard fronts, kickboards and large appliance

Download shop and scan barcodes.
Put clean washing away and not just leave lying around to collect dust.

Hugs all round

I am organised this morning and its scaring me. I've done the ironing for today, my bag is ready, my lunch is ready, there is a stew in the slowcooker ready for tea tonight & tomorrow (on low as auto seems to burn it to the pot around the edges) and although I'm not dressed and I still have wet hair I'm not too bothered.... maybe that glass of wine last night relaxed me a little bit too much

OMFG!!! Look, haven't even took the sprogs to school yet and only got a few things left to do!!!! Just got the vaccuming of the floor to do......and I'm glad!! I've a tutorial on Saturday and haven't even looked at my books since the last one a month ago!!:eek: :eek: So today whilst DD is at pre-school, its study study study!!! Then when she gets back, she can 'help' go through her clothes and see if we can fill another bag for the charity shop!!

Surely I must get a star now??? Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays complete!! And Wednesdays is record time!!! hehehe!!!

I really want to wimp out of travelling again today but I don't feel I can....DH left about 30 mins ago and said the traffic (he gets the bus) is completely solid (he's hardly got anywhere) and the pavements are just ice. I know I'm being soft (must've turned into a Southerner) but I really can't break anything in my job! Anyway, I text my boss and said i'll come in for just before lunchtime when she's getting in....gotta show some willing!

Hi all.

I'm back from a long weekend in Sydney where it was so, so very HOT! Went over to nieces wedding which was lovely, and spent plenty of time catching up with family and smooching over little babies and toddlers

Bag is still mostly packed, but washing is all done and hanging on airer after it started raining outside today.

I am working full time atm - today, tomorrow and all of next week. Friday is a public holiday, so will make the most of that by having a bit of a clean up.

My to do list will be for the next couple of days:

Empty suitcase, putting everything away in its place
Give suitcase back to MIL
Empty carrybag that is still full of all my travel info, passport, etc.
Spend 5 minutes in each room having a general tidy up
Get business accounts up to date:
* Enter all bills
* Get budgets up to date
* Reconcile mastercard statement
* Reconcile bank statement
* Do January accounts
Go into work on Saturday morning to get their January accounts done
Weekly menu
Grocery list
Grocery shop

Will leave the list there for now. Might fine tune it tomorrow night :rolleyes:
