Thanks Toots - I am 'giving them' (unofficially) time from the phone call (22 Jan) to sort. Well been to online banking and it still hasn't happened so I will be composing the missive soon - figure if I don't rush it and word it carefully I could extend the free period to cover the whole debt - or near enough - what's it called - setting a sprat to catch a mackerel...
What I am releuctant to do is start a thread to see if anyone else is having trouble...on the one hand it would be good ammunition but it might 'hinder' my chances of really doing well out of this IYSWIM....and no interest would be a corker...

Now I'm all of a quandriness.

I have just made my bed with my nice clean sheets but I'm missing two pillowcases (I sleep with three pillows), They were washed and dried today but they are now AWOL.

I am totally bewildered....... I bet the Blooming Dog has hidden them somewhere...
