hello LadyL quite right - enjoy getting out and about as much as you are able to this week - it will be a little while before you will feel like it.

I had my scan results by post (because I haven't contacted the docs:rolleyes:) and I have a 'small fibroid' (and I still haven't made my smear appt!)
Well since last time (AF) went fine it might be that we go for a 'monitor the situation' thing.
Hope all goes well for you on Friday though - busy week for me as it parents evenings (yes 2:eek:)

yes mummyof5 once you have permission to get rid get rid...- I offered an unused digital camcorder on freecycle and it was reclaimed much to my embarrassment. And has it been used since? Not once! (if I ever find it again it is history...)

Ooh and we found, in a tapestry kit DD clearly has not touched for years - my missing 'snipping' scissors from my sewing box. I bought replacements 2 years ago having given up hope...

Funnily enough the quote came in this week. Chip off plaster under the bay window, inject damp course, replaster etc. etc.

It's a reasonable quote so I'll get around to organising the work being done soon.

I am currently losing myself in something from my past - a U tube version of Pink Floyd's 'Comfortably Numb' Boy - they don't make them like that any more! I think I need to play it again

Valli totally agree with Toots get that smear done...or we will nag, I will have plenty of time on my hands remember, so will be checking up on you;)
Thanks for the good wishes, I just want it over & done with now,Mudbath has been very helpful, so I am following her lead......

We know its uncomfortable and none of us particularly like having it done but we are nagging because we care!!
