Experience of e-billing and cashback (OSPS)

Hi All,

My OH has a cashback deal with OSPS and is billed through carphonewarehouse (O2). When the contract started last year she signed up for online billing in order to view bills online (unaware that this would actually stop the paper bills coming through) - has anyone successfully claimed cashback through OSPS using printed off bills from the mycarphonewarehouse site? Since CPW and OSPS are now all the same company they should be able to check, but from previous experience of them then I think they'll probably find a way to wriggle out of it...

The online billing site hasn't been showing the latest bills for the last 10 days which is a bit discouraging, especially since I need to send a copy of the latest bill in 9 days time...

Looking forward to hearing if anyone's done this already and been successful!

I sent in a printout of online bill on time and with all proper papers, switched back to paper billing straightaway, submitted paper bill later, got messed about loads one way or another and had my claim rejected.

Started procedures to sue online, got my cashback + costs within 10 days.

If all other details are correct apart from online/paper bill I think you've got a strong case based on my experience.
Anyone else more qualified know different?
