Yes both went br it was the OR who increased housekeeping from £433 to £500 she asked about petrol and travelling to work said all figures looked ok that was when we were paying £825, I'm just looking for some idea of what they will allow or disallow so that I can be prepared and if they are not allowed then I will remove them from I&E and these will have to come out of surplus like sky etc but I don't want to miss out on something that I can pur done but havn't because thought they would not be allowed just looking for some guidance

Dalip thanks for your comments but the figures on I&E are what we are actually paying and have asked for these to be reduced but providers won't so if these are what providers have budgeted surely they cann't refuse these

So what does it look like if you put in the figures the OR originally agreed to?

the only figures that have changed since OR interview is housekeeping she said they would allow £500 and clothing £155 I understand that this is what they allow for a family of 4 also I needs suits for work, I did not put down holidays, birthdays and Xmas before because the mortgage was high this would have left a minus defiecit but just wanted to know that now mortgage payment has gone down would they allow these now

So can you post your SOA with the figures they agreed to with the new mortgage figure, so we can see if there is anything we can change. I assume it's different to the SOA previously posted on this thread

The OR shouldn't reduce anything that has been agreed. You can't add anything to it I am afraid, those figures are generous.

The Nil Tax Code may not have been set up by HMRC yet. Some people slip through the net. The OR will collect the tax from the HMRC at the end of the tax year.
