i played a couple of scratchcards (had to pay) but i won £4 so that took me over the limit so i've another £10.90 winging it's way to me, so that's over £80 now since the new year.
  • Well today I have been looking through some paperwork and filing it away. I came across my life insurance policy which I took out 5 years ago. Now I was under the impression that is was a fixed sum for 25 years but it is a decreasing amount. I do not want to leave my dad will a huge debt to clear if I died. So tonight I have got new life insurance for £150k for £6.80 per month and £50 cashback through quidco. So I am going to be saving £8.99 per month and now I have adequate cover. I have been thinking about taking out some form of income protection cover so I will have to look into this.

Back to work tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but at least it is a 2 day week.

  • I have just spent loads of money in the next sale but I had all the money saved up. I got jeans, work trousers, casual trousers, 2 tee-shirts and 3 work tops all for £94. Sounds alot but I am petite and next is the only shop I can find clothes in.

Not a lot happening with the wedding planning at the minute. I am bidding on a pair of wedding boots on ebay and I am still looking for a dress. We are going to a wedding fayre in September. I hope to check out photographers and videographers when we are there.

We need to book our flights to New Zealand in December so we need to have £3000 saved up by then.

  • Money making things which I have done today are I opened an A & L account through quidco (£50 cashback) so I can start MBing again. I also took the Time Magazine free trail for £10 cashback and Payday Loan for £65 cashback with £20 interest to pay so profit of £45. These have all tracked already so just have to wait for them to be paid. Not bad for an hours work.

I need to get back into matched betting but I've done all the easy ones so am scared to have to use my brain too much lol. I should open anther account for it though as it would make it a lot easier so I knew where I was with money all the time.
