  • Don't mean to irritate, but even with your breakdown, that's far too much salt for anyone just for a snack. Who says OP won't get to eat the whole tub of Philadelphia, it's very tempting once u get started.

Looking thru your posts, unless people agree with u, u get very touchy. Give other people a chance.

The total of all the items comes to 1g and I would expect it to cover 2 days of snacks at least, with the fruit and veg, that is 0.5g a day on snacks out of a 6g dailyrecommendation, that is not high.

Clearly you have not read any of my posts, as I have NEVER been touchy with anyone.

Edit: Checking your posts I can see you are clearly a troll trying to start an argument in which case I am not interested in discussing this any further.

Looks like first order half price, rather than free, unless someone knows a promo code.

Potato wedges. leave the skins on, put a tiny bit of oil on your hands and rub over the wedges, sprinkle with seasoning (Salt/black pepper/chilli// or any seasoning mix you might have in the cupboard and bake in the oven.
You can make up a cheap low fat yogurt based dip/tomato salsa or just ketchup to serve with them.
