Hmm. The child benefit stuff is in DH's name. Should it be in mine?? I am paying minimum tax anyway because I am an Usborne rep. Does that matter? Maybe I should have this little one's child benefit put in my name. I didn't realise there was a tax issue there.

I have lost my appitite a bit lately too, i need to eat though as havent eaten since yesterday lucnhtime.

Looks like nan will be staying in at least tonight, they just took her down for xrays, she's on a drip and they think she may have a chest infection, they are trying to get a urine sample but she has hardly been drinking so thats gonna be a hard task!
In a way i think she needs this coz we try and try to get her to do what she needs to, eat properly, drink properly, walk about, but she is so stubborn.

am, you need to eat. I eat even when I feel crap. Have some soup or something. You need to take care of yourself.XXX
Too many children, too little time!!!

AM - no wonder you're knackard if you're not eating properly! get yourself something decent made missus!! :D

Triggles - how sweet little liam!! round here they test for sickle n thalasemia (sp?) in the booking blood routinely - although not last time they only did last time if u knew u had some ethinc blood

MFD why not order the monitor, have it delivered to work and say they clubbed together and got it for you  Although in our house I just buy stuff and tell hubby it was a bargain just like his huuge collection of DVDs computer games, shoes etc - can you beleive he has about 10 coats  I own a posh coat and a ski jacket - that's it!
I've been tested for that when I was a child anyway, due to being ethnic lol but they still tested me in both pregnancies.
They probably routinely test now as people can be such a mix of nationalities and you can never really tell.

AM - even teeny bits of food will add up - a couple crackers with cheese, a piece of toast with peanut butter, a few grapes, a glass of milk - if you just try to nibble a bit here and there it will get some nutrition in you.

No it's just with Tax credits, so if you are married/living with someone the claim will be joint anyway.

It doesn't affect how much tax you pay its just you need to be "signed up" to child benefit to apply/receive Child tax credits and working tax credits - it shouldn't matter who's name it is in as CTC and WTC will be claimed jointly:D
    hope that makes sense!
