Staff Discount cards - How much do you save?

I work for the Fire Service which is both an emergency service and local authority. Does anyone know of any discounts, I know of Dominos and some Pizza Hut seem to depends who the manager is though.

arcadia staff are given a staff discount card that u can use in all arcadia stores. So you just pay with that and the discount comes off your statement at the end of the month. It's a bit like a storecard with discount and an even higher interest rate!

Have you actually found anything worth buying in DYB? Usually I know a way of getting it much cheaper by using cashback or some other method.

When I worked at a service station they gave the police and those guys that look like the police but aren't free meals. They had to be on duty though to get it.

25% Staff Discount in Debenhams, when you are 18 or over though you need to purchase items using your debenhams staff card and the discount is deducted automatically. The discount is occasioanly increased, it was 35% off for a week around christmas just gone!

my oh works for nhs.we had no idea of these discounts.we always eat out at pizza hut & nandos...we could have saved so much..and dominoes 50%...

We get a discount card that we can get 20% off items at any B&Q.

The company also runs a scheme along side a company called youatwork, This gives you allsorts of discounts i.e dixons, currys, homebase holidays etc...

Great scheme use it all the time!

i get 10% off everything at currys, pc world and the online equivalants. also we get staff offers like new dysons for 100 quid or savings on tellys. we get discount on trips out, high street vouchers, insurance, 40% off orange contract phones, money off flowers, rent a car, airport parking, the list goes on ahha. this month we get 15% off CDs an DVDs as well

I used to work in a retail job. I was employed by a company that owned lots of well known retail outlets. For some reason I thought Burger King was one of them. Showed them my card each time I went and got 20% discount.

I eventually found out that BK had no connection with the company I worked for and I wasn't even entitled to a discount.
