For such a bigshot in the midlands you want a rarther poor house?

A £130K house in the midlands is going to be a 2 or 3 bed terrace in Bham, or wolverhampton in not a great area.(will your M3 be ok?)

I would of thought you would be looking at a 4 or 5 bed detached on you joint wages as it seems to go up the more we talk.
