Hi,
I ordered £900 worth of Goldsmiths Vouchers and got an email telling me that they had been despatched last week.
My Clubcard Account states that they were despatched by Royal Mail on Friday 12th November.
Todays post has arrived, but I still haven't received my vouchers.
Due to the amount, I'm starting to panic, as I have ordered a nice watch from Goldsmiths, for which they have taken a deposit on my credit card, which will be refunded when I pay with my vouchers.
Is anyone else waiting for vouchers that were posted last week?
Also, if the vouchers do not arrive, will they replace them and how long does it take?

They can take up to two weeks to arrive from that 'despatch' date and Tesco will not do anything about it until two weeks have gone anyway0

Quite new to Clubcard points and received my first set last week. I'm a bit confused about the voucher exchange. I understand that in some areas, £5 turns into £10 and in other areas £10 turns into £20. Isn't that exactly the same? So why don't they just put in all areas clubcard values are doubled? Can I confirm in electricals £10 turns in to £20? So if I buy something valued at £60 I can just hand over £30 of Clubcard vouchers.
Also, I tried to use one of my vouchers online over the weekend and when I entered my code it said the voucher had already been used. Bit worried that someone else has used it and I won't be allowed to exchange it!0 -

It has nothing to do with areas, it's always the case that a £5 clubcard voucher turns into a £10 voucher for the department you want to spend it in (toys, clothing, etc) and a £10 clubcard voucher turns into a £20 voucher for whatever department.Can I confirm in electricals £10 turns in to £20?
Yes, *but* - not everything is included in the double-voucher promotion. In fact there's quite a long list of exclusions. You should have received a leaflet about this along with your clubcard vouchers, but if not, you can find a leaflet in stores (and I think there's also a list on the website).So if I buy something valued at £60 I can just hand over £30 of Clubcard vouchers.
No, you have to exchange them first. You can do this at the customer service desk, and some stores also have a special temporary desk set up for this purpose.
So:
- decide what it is that you want to buy, and make sure it's included in the double-voucher-value promotion
- go and check that it is in stock (as you can't just get your clubcard vouchers back if it's not)
- take your clubcard vouchers to the customer service desk and ask for them to be exchanged double the value for whatever department you're buying from
- they will take your clubcard voucher and give you a coupon which looks like a till receipt which has something like "£10 off toys" on it
- take your item and your coupon to the tills (and you can't use the self-service ones)
Notes on exchanging clubcard vouchers: you can exchange them in values which are multiples of £5 - so you can exchange £5 of clubcard vouchers (for £10 coupon) or £10 of clubcard vouchers (for £20 coupon) but if what you want to buy is £15, you won't be able to exchange £7.50 worth of clubcard vouchers - you'll have to exchange £10 and lose £2.50 of it (or buy something else from the same department for that amount) or you can exchange £5 of clubcard vouchers for a £10 coupon and pay the extra £5 yourself.

Are you sure you haven't already used that clubcard voucher, or that you hadn't already entered that number if you were entering more than one? If so, call the Tesco Clubcard people and ask them where and when the voucher was used - if it wasn't used by you, let them know. (I doubt they'll replace it if that's the case, but if someone is using your voucher numbers, both you and Tesco will want to know.)0 -
Hello,
Has anyone else experienced slow delivery of thier clubcard deal vouchers?
I placed three lots of orders, the first one was dispatched by Tesco on the 9th November they arrived on the 13th. The second and third orders were allegedly dispatched just a day later on 10th November and they still haven’t arrived.
Any feedback will be great as its driving me mad now as they're holiday vouchers and i just want to book as the prices are increasing everyday!
