Can't be, because we've somehow ended up with three Clubcard accounts - I think maybe we had one each and then when we took the credit card out they didn't link either or them - anyway, all of them have the same surname, and I received three lots of vouchers this week - on Monday, Wednesday and today (Friday). I never paid much attention to it before, so only just realised we had three (kinda thought we might have two but never checked). Am going to ring them in a week or two and get the accounts merged.

Haven't been very impressed by the double-up business tbh - too many exclusions, tried to buy something worth £15 and couldn't exchange £7.50 of vouchers (they'll only exchange in lots of £5), then tried to order on-line and had £80 worth of double-up vouchers but couldn't use the last £10 because my order only came to £79.94 - so had to either pay the last £9.94 (well, twice that really) in cash, or add something else to the order (cheapest item I could find was £3) so they'd accept the last £10 voucher *sigh*

GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Still no vouchers!!! Well, not exactly none.....
Got all excited this morning when the postie pushed a Clubcard envelope through my letterbox, ran to pick it up, tore it open to find..... £2.50 of vouchers!!! :mad: Quick scan through realised it was the points from my Tesco credit card, and not my standard Clubcard! So I'm STILL waiting for my £60 :mad: oh well at least I suppose £2.50 is better than a kick in the teeth while I'm waiting.
Maybe Monday.....

I thought you could use Clubcard vouchers for the Eurostar but I can't find it on the rewards website.

Can anyone help please? I would like to book for Disney! x

The bonus for last years savers was £5 for £100 or over. HTH

My basket is saying they posted my Barcelo deals on 9th November - still not received them - should I contact them yet??

Why merge them?
I phoned up last night about a 1000 points coupon that hadn't worked and the guy said I had 5 accounts . If you don't merge them and use different clubcards each time you shop you will get a clubcard mailing from each one (I got 4 this time ) with different coupons on each one. I've never had a problem changing them into deals or double ups even though they different clubcard number on - they all all registered to me or OH at my address.
I have been a "new" customer 3 times to take advantage of points or money off deals.

Mine took about a week to arrive I think - ordered them on 3rd Nov and they arrived on Wed or Thu this week.

Im confused with the vouchers, so if £10 in cc vouchers gives me £40 in tokens would £5 get me £20 in tokens, if it helps im thinking about using them at pizza express

That is correct. However, only to December 6th, after which you will only get £15 worth of tokens. BTW You cannot use the tokens for drinks.

Well I was thinking that I'd merge them for the sake of simplicity...but I confess I like your thinking! :-D
