Possably right on that as I do recall the xmas savings thing from then. But still wandering why people would have therefor been asked to wait untill the last issue quater for there regular vouchers (than have them sent every 3 months) if there was no incentive to do so via a bonus?.

BTW the gf just reminded me we did get a bonus last year were we had the vouchers every 3 months and saved nothing else via a xmas club.

Please help/ How do I know my clubcard number?! I have a clubcard credit card and thus don't carry (or know the whereabouts!) of my original clubcard. I want to check out the vouchers thing that is on the MSE email, but don't know my clubcard number and it isn't on the mailing. Is it just my credit card number?!

Sure I read somewhere due to high demand and number of vouchers they are being posted out but maybe delayed.

Because they stagger them don't they, the mailings? Is it by surname?

think someone said it is the last digits of your credit card number. Ring them up but be warned, due to number of MSErs calling..... maybe a wait.

sorry I really can't help. Try ringing Clubcard. They should have your details from last year and be able to explain why you haven't received your vouchers.

I don't think it's by surname cos i'm D and my mum is S and she's had hers... I've no idea how they work it out, but tbh I'm normally one of the last to get them so I must just be way down their list!!

pft!! maybe they do it by region, area? Mine starts with H, and I am usually near the end to get them too.
