Don't worry, the two voucher histories can take a bit longer to link together, after a merger. But they haven't gone, they are still valid.

I ordered on the 4th said despatched on the 8th had email on the 9th to say had been despatched still waiting for delivery but can't chase untill after 14 days was worried but now it seems everyone waiting so as long as they turn up safe. I did think I had ordered early enough before everyones mailing had turned up to avoid getting caught up

Thanks op for posting this. I had been starting to wonder if there was a problem with my order for the English Heritage vouchers as they hadn't been dispatched yet. It seems I am not the only one whose order is taking longer than usual.

Hi ordered vouchers 9th Nov still have nt received yet .saved hard for these as special treat to have over christmas so really am looking forward to receiving them.realise Tesco busy with the changes at the moment but hubby made redundant two weeks ago and this was now sort of our Christmas present.

My order done on the 4th nov finally turned up today. But even more interesting on Wed ordered two tickets for Jersey boys was concerned as they normally only hold the bkg for 9 days until you receive deals and post to them remembering before a few weeks back had ordered some for dirty dancing and they arrived really quick so as I was still waiting on the restaurant deals to turn up I included some also in this order sure enough both orders turned up today. So first order on the 4th came by DHL on envelope took 15 days but order on wed !st class with Tesco Clubcard on envelope less than 48hrs so obviously difference being what deals are on your order.

I ordered my £540 of Goldsmiths vouchers on Saturday teatime and they arrived via Royal mail yesterday, so no problems.

The only issue I have is that this time they have sent the vouchers in a £500 and a £40, when I have had this amount before they have sent in £200/£100/£50 denominations. I was wondering if they have done it like this this time because they know everyone will be swapping their vouchers to get the x4

I have a question around using the Clubcard Vouchers and exchanging them instore to buy wine.

I understand that they would have to be used to buy Tesco Finest wine. At the moment there are a number of Tesco Finest wines which are on offer at 2 for £10. If I were to use Clubcard Vouchers converted to exchange vouchers would I still receive the wines at 2 for £10 or would they revert back to full price?

If I was able to get 2 for £10 then I could get 12 for £60 and use £30 of clubcard vouchers to buy them. It seems too good to be true and I don't want to exchange the vouchers then get to the till and be told they are suddenly full price.

Can anyone help?

If it comes to £57 you will need to get it over £60 to use £60 of vouchers as over tender is now allowed.
