bevvy is right- I emailed them about an order in March that I hadn't received points for and she phoned me to tell me they are added on manually prior to the next statement. If there is nothing on your order in the account with a voucher code and usually next to it it will say -0.01p then there is no guarantee you'll get the points. Unfortunately it is always a bit of a risk.

had Tesco on the phone today. Said the 500 bonus points have been verified, and will be added within 4-6 of April 4 (so maybe not in time for next mail out)

Checking my points balance online today and it says my vouchers will be sent off in the August statement. The balance hasn't decreased. Should I be worried?

yup both ours ands mums say the same thing ;

Any Clubcard points you have collected prior to 26th July will be converted into Clubcard vouchers and will arrive by 8th September

Your next Clubcard statement will include details of the Clubcard points you have collected by 26th July. Does this mean Tesco have collated all current points and are sending this out now?

I've just tried to phone clubcard and was told to phone back later due to unforseen circumstances. I'm sure they are well aware that most points get used over the summer holidays. Hope this is an error as it will snooker most of my plans.:(:(

Just contacted tesco without pressing any buttons - just holding the line. Spoke to them re mailing. Will get mailing in May. The dates online are for the following mailling even though the points are still current!
Hope she is right!

A wonder if they are sending the May ones a little earlier than normal, to arrive on May 9th week? Would be great if thats was the case.

I too had a moment of panic just now when I looked and the date had changed to 'August' for mailing - when I spoke to an advisor this week who told me the cut off was May.
I hope that we do get these - else I am camping in France with no way of getting there - as these vouchers are paying for my eurotunnel....
fingers crosses - anyone else with more info?
