Did you see the £40 in 'your vouchers' in 'My Clubcard Account'? Or did you you see that prospective amount in 'Current points'?

The former refers to vouchers previously sent i.e. it shows the collection periods the vouchers apply to, whilst the latter refers to vouchers your current points equate to - that would be converted into when the current collection period ends.

Assuming historic vouchers, shouldn't have any problem using them in any Tesco store. But you can't convert 'current points.

Received mine today, mainly vouchers for money off and a couple for extra points, off spring cleaning products.

I use Tesco online for my shopping but haven't got a physical clubcard. Anyone know how to find out my club card number? I've looked in the obvious places in 'my account' and 'my clubcard' but it only shows me the first and last few digits. I've seen a few offers where you can get more points on your clubcard if you enter your number but I can't do them as I don't know my number

Call them, once you have gone through security chrcks, they will give you your number.

I am not sure if this is widely known but theres a HUGE flaw with the clubcard system.

I am abroad at the moment and decided to check my clubcard account online that had my 33 pounds only to find that they had been used already this past weekend.

I call up Tesco to be told that someone has intercepted and used them. But the most interesting part is that the person that stole my vouchers used them instore to get money off there shopping knowing that the flaw in there Tesco system does not allow them to be used at the normal checkout (you need your clubcard itself) but there are no such checks needed for a self-checkout.

Truly shocking, my points are being reapplied for the NEXT statement in May.

Just so youre aware you can convert those £40 into 2 return tickets to Paris via Eurostar. or into any other deals £120 worth.

Are you saying someone intercepted your post? If that is the case maybe they ought to be sent Recorded Delivery (that would bump up their postage bill!), or in plain envelopes (they lose the advertising space!)

Many of the deals are back up to 4X the value of the vouchers now so in fact you could get £160 worth!

I didn't get any extra points / money off coupons in my February clubcard statement so I complained to Tesco but wasn't offered any extra points! I was told the decision about who gets the coupons is completely random and nothing to do with how much you spend. Another bad marketing decision by Tesco guaranteed to p* off half their customers.
