Hi everyone - I had read on this very site about Tesco's 'Special Promise' or 'raincheck' vouchers, and today there is a Muller Light Toffee flavour yoghurts 4 for £1 (which is an amazing offer and as I eat a lot of these I wanted to take advantage of the offer). Unfortunately, they only had 2 of the yoghurts left. When I asked for the raincheck voucher the staff denied any knowledge of it and when I explained it was Tesco's practice to do this, they said it was not part of Tesco policy and refused me. In the end I walked out without giving them any business at all. Looking on Tesco's website there isn't anything on there about this policy but I am wondering if I can find something which will back up my claim to the store?0

Hi
Hope someone can help...
Bought three kids items today in the 3 for 2 deal on clothing. Have looked online and looks like this deal may be in store only just now?? Anyway I purchased two kids costumes and an outfit but have been charged for all three. There were def big signs all over the clothes saying 3 for 2. Will I be entitled to Double the Difference?
Thanks in advance

instore, are costumes classed as clothing or are they classed as toys, even though they are in the clothing department?

Well I wasn't sure but they were all hanging on a display as you enter the store with three for two on all kids clothing signs all over the shelves???
The costumes were included in the offer whilst it was online too.0 -
The 3 for 2 is on selected childrens clothing so one of your items was probably not on the offer.0

This week when I went to trade in £5 for cafe rouge I couldn't it said the minimum trade in was £10 - very disappointed with this.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Hello,
I've got a really silly question about clubcard vouchers, but it's pretty urgent (I go to London for the weekend tomorrow!)
Under the 4x scheme, I exchanged for a whole load of rewards vouchers, but now the codes have all changed, and when I go onto the old links on the tesco website the webpages have expired.
The vouchers are valid until July, but they are for a whole load of codes and I've forgotten what codes are for what. I remember that S3010 is for days out, but I have some for S2501, S2049 and S2042. The S2049 ones have the whole 'can't be used in Pizza Express between the 13th December and the 3rd January' thing on them, but I don't think I ordered any for Pizza Express. I've been looking through these forums, and it sounds like some vouchers can be used anywhere - do you think this would be the case? Bizarrely, I'd be really keen to use some for bowling, and even for the Ripley's Believe it or Not - would these come under days out/could I use some of these other codes/would I have to order new vouchers entirely.
Sorry for all the questions - ordinarily I would try to look through my account (although couldn't find anything relevant online before) but am having massive problems logging in at the moment, and it's all suddenly rather urgent!
Thank you0 -
