Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

My points zeroed over night, so I'm guessing my vouchers will be out towards the end of next week.

I have £120 of reward vouchers, that expire at the end of June

I originally got them for use at Best Western Hotels, however doesn't look like i'll be able to use them before June

Can I use them on other offers?
Or if i send them back do they re-credit the clubcard with £30 of vouchers (originally got when 4* vouchers used) or at £40?

If you read throught the terms and conditions of the Easter exchange then it should clear some things up for you. Just visit the website and click on T & C's at the bottom of the page.

Got my vouchers today, was quite surprised as I am usually the last to get them.

I feel silly asking this but is it possible for someone to use my clubcard vouchers. It's just I was checking on the Tesco Clubcard site and it appears I used vouchers in Feb in a store I've never been too? Do you have to use the matching clubcard with the vouchers or can you use any clubcard?

It doesn't seem to matter which clubcard you use - I've used my Mum's clubcard vouchers before when she gave them to me to treat myself.

It's always worth making sure you change your address with Clubcard if you move - if your vouchers get sent to the old address and the new resident chooses to, they could use them.

It's free to call Clubcard though (the number is on the website I believe) so could be worth giving them a call and querying it?

It's just I received my neighbours by mistake (Yes I returned them!) but I haven't received mine and I just wondered whether someone else could use them? I checked on line and I have a statement due with vouchers but I've not received them yet! I have to admit I've always assumed you had to use the correct clubcard with the vouchers but from what you've told me (invisableyousee) you don't which is a worry!

But it's not May yet! This is the 'extra' mailing for the Easter period, the May statement is coming out late May.

Hi Madmonk,

If you still haven't recieved them, I would give Clubcard a call and say you haven't recieved them, especially since previous ones have been used in a different store.

Hope that's off some help. But I can confirm that you can use someone elses vouchers.
