I finally got the shopping delivered today morning after several phone calls! What is really winding me up now is they have not only charged me for delivery which i think is unfair, they have charged me a higher delivery charge for saturday!

hiya I had the same problom at christmas time and I rang them up to complain about it and they offered me a free delivery and £10 Voucher. Its worth ringing them up to complain and you will get something lol

I am going to london in September 2012 for my sisters graduation and was wanting to spend a few days in London and was thinking of saving my Tesco Vouchers until summer next year and see if I can get a good deal on a hotel as its so pricy nowerdays.

Any advice guys?

make sure you transfer them and book in plenty of time my vouchers took ages to come through

You go onto the tesco clubcard website

- login
- select the deal you want (so for you a hotel one)
- select the value of vouchers you want to use (e.g £50 for £150 in hotel vouchers)
- it'll then ask you for your voucher numbers which is printed on the front of any vouchers sent in your statements. add them.
- confirm it
- wait a week or two for them to arrive in post.
- phone the hotel booking line quoting your vouchers reference.

I've had two orders sent back after they have been loaded onto the van in the past, so it's not uncommon.

I'd push to get a refund on the delivery though, you shouldn't have been charged a second time, I wasn't on either occasion.

I have only just joined Tescos Clubcard and have amassed £250 of rewards already,now could someone tell me if this is possible please, we have a tourer and if we put it on Park Resorts can we use the rewards to pay for this, if so how. Thanx in advance

Hi all hope I'm in the right place!!

Have booked Eurotunnel for our summer holiday and now want to book again to pay for my parents crossing am I allowed to do this?? I know I order the vouchers from Tesco then would make a booking in someone elses name not sure as to whether or not theres anything in the terms and conditions that say that you cant pay for someone elses travel???
