Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

I have 3 accounts where I only have a virtual clubcard, I have never been issued with an actual clubcard. The trouble is I don't know the clubcard numbers, the statements don't show the full number. Is there a way of finding it without contacting tesco? I don't like contacting them incase they want to combine my accounts

Im just wondering will tescos accept at the tills clubcard vouchers that have been issued to someone else, they don't want the vouchers but Id be able to make use of them - Just wondering if the tesco's system would pick up that the vouchers had been issued to a different clubcard number?

No, they shouldn't do, expect them to refuse. Worst case scenairo - how do they know you haven't just mugged the owner of the vouchers!?
Clubcard vouchers are non-transferable.

Im hoping to pay for a big family meal on the 25th Feb with Tesco vouchers ,exchanged all this months vouchers but does any one know when the next lot will arrive by ?

I had the same problem so I got a new clubcard from T's (said I didn't have one otherwise they say they will replace the 'lost' one) and changed it to that number on the clubcard website.

Just a heads up about purchasing petrol and points change. All month husband doing petrol scanning the clubcard then paying with tesco credit card as always do knew about changes but as paying with tesco credit card thought didn't affect us WRONG when I checked the receipts against the monthly credit card found out all month only been getting half the points. Contacted clubcard they say it is because scanning a clubcard first but there is no mention anywhere to tell people this I just assumed it would work out still as paying with their credit card so just to make others aware who might not have noticed

I would appreciate some help with the Tesco tokens... if they say "booking ref......." on them does that restrict where they can be used? I bought some for one deal and haven't been able to use them. Are they restricted to holiday/travel deals?

if they say booking reference on them, i take it you have provisionally already booked a holiday, and have now not forwarded on the deals vouchers, within the required 7 days?

according to the terms if you book something with a deals partner, then you cannot change or cancel the booking, and any tokens used for the deal will not be recredited. now i dont know if this only applies if you have already forwarded the vouchers onto the deals partner, or not. Did you pay a cash deposit at the time of booking? if so, depending on their T&C you could be liable for the balance

No, not booked anything. Just ordered some tokens for Youth Hostels and not sure if we will be able to use them in time. There is a space on the voucher to put in a booking reference once you have phoned up and made a booking. I know I could use them on Eurotunnel as I have had the same type of tokens for that deal. Just wondered whether they can be used as "normal" ie: days out & restaurant tokens. I think I may have the answer now as it says under "How this reward works" it says "Holiday tokens can be used for any holiday company in rewards or for any rewards that aren't "buy in full". So I think that's a Yes!
Just confused by he booking ref bit...

i just checked out the new area on clubcard where it collates all your vouchers you've had but not spent and i had £23 worth! :T

we're using ours to buy our wedding rings with next year and i can get £90 goldsmiths vouchers so i redeemed them online, thinking they would be sent in paper form like the last ones (and this is only the 2nd time ive done it) and ive totally missread it and ive redeemed them for use online at goldsmiths!! :eek::mad: i want them in paper form so i can buy them instore next year. what a numpty i am

So does anyone know if they'll cancel the ecoupon goldsmiths vouchers and send me them as paper form??

*goes off to have a wee cry* i dont want to lose £90 worth of vouchers as i dont really want to buy them online we want to go in and try on!
