AOL problem (not refunding money)

egg will not refund the interest either as its not there fault, this needs to be claimed back from aol, you can print your last 12 months statements out online to post them, i suggest blackin out anythin you dont want them to see

I've already accepted their offer of the refund from June 07 to present so does this mean that I am barred from asking for the interest back as well (from AOL)? I'm not too clued up on my rights with regards to this as you can see.

they may say u excepted there final offer but push it! your entitles to it as they messed up! if you dont ask you dont get
