I have two defaults and both unsatisfied but paid one which will update at the end of the month.0 -
Mine was a new contract, got a free Viewty (crap phone, avoid at all costs! Do not be sucked in by the shiny... You have been warned!
) and their call centre staff have been ever so helpful, especially when I had bank account trauma:)

My Brother rang Orange the other day and they wanted to charge him £295 for the N96 :eek:
It's free on T-Mobile. There customer service is good though if ou have a problem paying.0 -
