BOI is who I have one with, they are hard to get one......
Usually gold and no, they are independant - not owned by anyone. It was a result of BOI declining me that I done that appeal letter template in the first place!

Sorry, to confirm BOI are not owned by anyone, if you apply they will (100% guarantee) search Equifax so if your EQ is good then get applying mate, bet you end up being accepted LOL - can just see it...... 3 grand start limit if you go for gold card.... they let me keep gold card but have dropped my limit from 3 grand to 1500 LOL - don't ask! Its cos of my credit files and incorrect linked addy there....
