    CC = Carbon Copy

    ( o2 Complaint review centre also will recieve a copy of the email & review it & contact you regarding it)

    Still haven't heard from BarclayCard regarding my appeal.

    It's been so long since I applied, that I can actually reapply in 8 days as the 3 months would have been up. :p
