yes mate - but BOI only done soft search at Equifax and at that time I appealed it went through. Citi only ever done a experian search! weird or what!
Like my bank - hsbc - they done full search at equifax and seen the info but gave me accounts cos two of them are to hsbc and when I went in with ID they knew I was someone different to 'who owed them' as they had the other 'black' guys photo in front of them - ermmm, i'm as white as pure cider - not tanned in any way lol 2010 - year of the troll

Noah? Is he lawyer then? I use CAG mate - full of legal boffins. I posted half hour ago and now have a PM with a full legal response - goes a little like this:
What they've sent isn't enforceable - it needs the prescribed terms (credit limit, repayment terms and interest rates) to be enforced by a Court.
As it doesn't, it falls foul of s.60/s.61 CCA 1974. This means it's enforceable under s.65 by a Court Order only. The Court is precluded from enforcing it under s.127(3), though, as the prescribed terms are missing.

HSBC searched Equifax for your current account?
When I applied they searched Experian.
I looked at you S.A.R and it quite aggresive does it matter. I want to brave but your horror story has put me off.
Oh yea just to clairfy did your CIFAS show up on your CRA SAR can't remember. Sorry!
