have you still got the two defaults mate? And they are in year 6 are they? i.e. on your cra is says last updated: XX/09/2003?

If not then they won't come off matey......

If he's in year 6 then not many lenders would account of this, that is what confuses me and I think sutton has more on his files than he admits (knows) about.....

If you have 2 defaults in year 6 then lenders will accept you - mate ive got one a year old and got a gold card -in fact I got 2 gold cards! Cmmon mate, have you spent any money and done SAR's yet??

No 2006 Dec and 2007 Feb.

I'm taking them to court. LOL. Under the DPA because they never supplied the CCA and I've already paid them off!

Why would I lie. I see no point.

No I have just two on Experian and one on Equifax. I don't get that much money either remember I won't qualify for massive limits anyway.

It is mad that you did get the gold card concidering the millions of pound you apparntly owe......

right that explains it - by the way taking them to court is a nightmare, have you been following UK26? If you're doing that then get over to CAG and email PT2537 (http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=108562) as he is the legal master!

Otherwise they will not drop off in september, what makes you think they will mate? have I missed your problems in your posts?
