My childrens father married some woman 2 years ago and they have a boy. He is totally involved in that kids life, I feel sorry for my girls and it upsets me alot that he never wanted to know them when they were totally 'dependent' on an adult

They are fine though, and as yet it doesn't bother them. They seem to like the boy. I guess they just don't understand x

I have no idea to be honest. I think that is up to you, unless he decides to get a court involved for access.

I've never had any dealings with anything like that. I never stopped my ex from seeing the girls, even though he has them when it suits him and never for long either.

If I could go back then part of me would have wanted to do things differently. I had to leave my home town and move house because of him, but I never wanted my kids to grow up hating me for not knowing him, even though he has caused me nothing but upset since they were born.

yeah i know what you mean!!
he never pre arranges to see her, but will call me and say im comin for ellie.... and just appears... then takes her back and i dont hear frm him til next time he wants to see her. asked him somanytimes to get in a routine but he wont and its drivin me nuts

mate only recorded searches count, the others dont.

Also, they only look at last 6mth of searches so wait til some drop off - they should say on like equifax, under previous searches it says current / previous. Go on those figures mate......

basically you only have to be good for like 5 months then credit galore LOL

Yeah hopefully........ Barclays think that I should soon be Pre-Apporved for there Premier Credit Card ...... Hopefully if the adjust my limits I an have it without be searched.

remember the CSA is all change and when the new dept opens in Leeds it will revolutionise the way absent parents are targeted. Put it this way, they can now issue driving bans, revoke passport and visit you at work - all to get the dosh. You will get money, just takes time....

Regards to access, you have no legal oblogation to allow him access - if he is upsetting her routine by flash visits etc then access can be revoked - by you, whenever you want. My eldest is a step (never use that term though, i'm her old man) has never seen her 'sperm donor' since he walked out many years ago - his loss is what I say. He was hit by the csa and we returned all payments as no money meant no legal access, i.e. we didn't feel guilty telling him to beggar off.

He has no part in my kids lives and I am glad!
