I have the in credit Abbey account. Put spare cash in there as they pay better interest than savings accounts. Also bump my salary through there each month to get the top rate then transfer it straight back to Natwest.

Cif, the Nationwide card has to be one of the ugliest cards I've ever seen!!

Do you just transfer them in then out or use standing order?

I have attached a pic a few pages back of my Barlclays debit card. Very Nice - Its Black

Yeah it's a nice card, one problem though is I can't keep my oyster card in my wallet now as the contactless is conflicting with the oyster:rolleyes:

Yes it's very smart. My parents have one with the GC facility though.

Have you asked for the oyster credit card with Barclaycard instead of the platinum one you have?

The monthly fee rose from £10 to £12.50 and I couldn't justify it really. My card was then renewed and they sent me the bog standard card.

I withdraw from counter at Natwest pay into Abbey then take it back out of the hole in the wall over 2 days cos (S)Abbey don't do faster payments which is a pain in the !!!!. Do the same with A&L cos have to pay at least £500 into that a month otherwise I get charged although that I can use faster payments for. My Natwest statment always says £3000 odd credited to the account everymonth LMFO. I WISH!
