now on my third statement with Accessory, kept it clean, always paid before time, and never had any problems, when ( if ) are they likely to give me an increase, if they do ?thanks . welcome25

I got rejected for littlewoods direct got my letter today said i can appeal so i phoned up and spoke to a nice lady who told me it was just because i wasn't on E/R so send in a bill and my account will be set up

As it is coming up to the 6th statement for the MBNA £100 deposit visa, I decided to give them a call today to see what will happen.

The first lady went away and then told me that it is a flat rate card that won't change, and that the only way to get back the deposit is to cancel. I told her what it said on the letter but she was adamant that those were the rules.

Called back again and spoke to someone else, who at first said the same thing as the first woman, then told me that after making your 6th payment you have to call their credit department and apply for a new card to get the deposit one cancelled and refunded.

This doesn't sound right to me, and is definitely not is what we were lead to believe

That's bizarre I'm not on the Electoral Roll yet and I have 3 Littlewoods accounts. Good luck though.

Hi Welcome how are you?

God 3 months have gone quick haven't they.

What is your limit?
You may have to wait 6 months for an increase. If you do give them a ring and they may be able to assist, you will find most probably don't take requests for increases.
