Celebrity fitness DVDs - which one?

The OH is after one of these and I remember either reading in the paper or seeing on TV the recommendations for the best, I think the Charlie Brooks one and the Martine McCrutcheon were recommended as the best but not sure.

Does anyone know? Or can they recommend any?

Cheers

Beverley Callard is supposed to be good (Ive just ordered a couple of her dvds!). Unlike the other celebrities she is actually a keep fit instructor and so knows what she is talking about. In a recent tv poll she was voted the best and the one where people lost the most weight.

Go to https://www.woolworths.co.uk and put Beverley Callard in the search box. They have the dvds at a good price.

I've had the Beverley Callard Ultimate results and it helped me lose 3 stone in 12 mnths
the good thing about her DVD's is that they have 3 20 min workouts, and you can do 1 a day or do 2 or more for a more intensive workout

  • If you want to really work hard, then Nell McAndrew ones are the best to get, she just does them with everyone else and you get the feeling that everyone's there to get fit and not just look good - you work really hard though!

I've also got the first 'pump it up' ministry of sound dvd which is another good one (wouldn't advise you put that into a search engine though, you come up with very strange results) :rotfl: :rotfl:

Seriously though, I go to amazon to see the reviews by people who've actually bought them
  • Thanks, the beverly callard one's get really good reviews, will have a look at the others.
