Small world - I lived in Colchester when I as little- Dad was based there with the Army. My little brother was born there.

Wow, tis indeed a small world - I didn't think anyone outside of Essex would have even heard of Colchester, let alone lived there!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Oooh I love Walton. My family had a beach hut there for over 30 years, sadly when my Mum died, my Dad gave it to my nephew and he sold it - but that is another story!

I always say on a sunny day, who needs to go abroad - Walton has the most beautiful beaches - much better than Clacton!

It's not very beautiful today - it's just been high tide & the sea is grey & bleurgh looking & it's raining that "fizzy" sort of rain, that hangs around in the air !

I try & go for a walk most days - up to the Naze tower & back (obviously :rotfl: ), which is about 2 1/2 miles, so that's my little bit of exercise.

Does she fall over very often?

Why does everybody live in Essex or way up North?
