I tried the AC machine in my local Boots today and it only had two offers on it. One was No.17, can't remember the other but it definitely wasn't EI. Has anyone else had this happen? Usually I have loads of different offers to choose from. I think I may have to go further afield and try different machines.

Just out of curosity was that during the TD/DR voucher offer. And did you get a full refund or just what you paid?

No my Items are not TD/DR they are No7 sunless tanning thingy and some other face cream I don't want.

I returned loads of Td items in exchange for more ( expensive) Td items while the promo was running ( no receipt obviously!) and had no problems at all. They didn't query it, just checked they were unused

On one trip I even got a refund as I returned 6 td items and bought 3 of the expensive ones which were on three for two and she gave me the difference in change

I took the ones I wanted with me up to the till, I used the photo booth as they usually aren't as bothered as the ones on the real tills.

:mad: No AC vouchers for me as I 'lost' my card and had to order a new one, only to find it 2 hours later in the coin part of my purse :mad: New is going to take up to 21 days! I'm having to use OH card but no good offers as it's fairly new and he hardly uses it There's loads of points on it now so I'm expecting a good valentine pressie :rotfl:

I've got a new Boots Advantage card (with double points coupon), but the AC machine didn't give me an EI voucher today

But...if I can get my sister's card to give an EI 150 points voucher then I should be able to buy 20 bottles of EI handwash @ £1.66 each and BOGOF for a total of £16.60 - this would give me £60 in points which is enough to buy the Babyliss 2085U Pro 230 hair straighteners for me sis's birthday :rotfl: Is that right????

what do you think... no EI vouchers in some machines not working... I smell the rat :eek: :eek:

I got double points on EI with my coupon today....but others have tried it and not got them.

Does anybody know if the tills in different areas can work differently?
Hopefully I can get another EI voucher and try it again.

Three out of four ACMs were strangely out of order in my store today. Maybe somebody is reading this thread and reporting back..... the website was also down a lot today.
