(I think someone once mentioned that they put the signs on deliberately when the store is busy... even though the machines are fine! So really it's Boots that's being cheeky!)
Its strange you should say that as two machines did appear to be as you described. The sneaky monkeys. will be back there tomorrow. Only 1 more day left off work so i need to get all the quality shopping done asap.
Many thanks.Watch out, you never know who is about.0 -

Are the vouchers transferable from store to store. Also, if i get the voucher on my card can my sister then collect the points on her card.
Thanks for any help.Watch out, you never know who is about.0 -

Yes, you can print out the vouchers in one store and then use them in another. You can also let your sister use the voucher providing the SA isn't too fussy and notices that the names on the card and voucher are different.

I did this last week, and it turned out that the machine was broken. When I went past it as I entered the store, the adverts were playing on the screen and there was a handwritten "out of order" sign taped to it. After going on a hunt for TD and EA, I headed back to the No7 counter, where the machine was, and the sign had been removed. I put my card in, and the slot must have been broken as I had to force it in. The card didn't go right the way into the machine, but I couldn't pull it out as there was nothing for me to grab on to. I had to go and find an SA to rescue my card for me.
