Yes, that's exactly what happened to me in the first store I went to today  The second store I went to gave lots of offers but not the EI points.

Did you happen to print out any of the two offers tids??? I printed off the No7 one and a total spend one, and it had a name and AC number on it completely different to mine

No I didn't bother to print them out because they were nothing I wanted and I was so disappointed at the lack of offers. A bit worrying that there was a different name and AC number on your vouchers though. Maybe there is a problem with the machines.

My print outs got stuck in an AC machine in Cheshire Oaks last week....when an SA opened the machine she handed me loads of vouchers that had been stuck .... if I had used any of these vouchers with other names on....would my ac card have been credited with the points or the other persons?

From what others have said about using vouchers from others, you would get points. People have used sisters/mothers/husbands card to get vouchers then used on own card.
  • Hi I don't know whether to ventue into town and try one of the ac machines again to see if I get 150 points for the EI products, I got one yesterday, used it, but when I went to another store I didn't get one. Oh please someone put me out of my misery as I can't work as I keep on thinking about those extra points!

Very confused, What does IE stand for ???

Also I went to the machine and got a list of buy one get one free, where do I get these 150points voucher. Sorry this is all new to me, only just got a points card and that was the first time I used the machine.

When you go to the machine you need to 'see all offers'. When you scroll through various competitions and maybe 75 points if you spend £10, you will find a series of '100 points when you buy x' type offers. This one is 150 points when you buy anything from the Everyday Indulgence range. Print it off, along with any others you are interested in, particularly the 75 points if you spend £10, as if you do spend £10 you will get 2 other vouchers too, so it is worthwhile. When you buy EI products you should get 150 points for every purchase, even the bogofs. So you should make a profit in advantage points. However, it looks like you only get one shot at this voucher, so get all you want in one lot. The Ei range is bath stuff, handwash , hand cream, body wash.
P.S. Liverbird is putting a lot of this into the first post and CHACHILUZ has summarised it too just a few posts back.

When you go to the AC machine...choose the option to 'View all offers', you will find the EI voucher in there. It seems to be a one off, so spend it wisely! :D
