  • Will do, and yes, he is an idiot, I just really think that he thinks nothing will ever come back to haunt him and that he can avoid and run away from everything he doesnt want to deal with!

    That does not apply to Britain, the law does not distinguish whether a parent is absent for the purpose of CM. Every working parent living away is liable regardless.

    I think he is relying on EU regulation on CM where excluded parents can be exempt from maintenance. There's is however, a burden of proof on the NRP, and many Euroland lawyers will tell a British NRP to return to Britain and apply for custody (residency) knowing there is a hopeless chance of success, and his status switches from absent parent to excluded parent and can quash a REMO.

    Britain is not (yet) compliant on EU child poverty rules and family life rights because it discriminates working parents who living away from claiming tax credits, and UK child maintenance law encourages a PWC to deliberately deprive children of a normal family life - a basic fundamental of the ECHR.
