Report him to HM Revenues and Customs. He should have declared himself as self employed for tax and Nat Ins purposes. Let him be chased by them as well as CSA!!

thought my ex was bad. I have had similar problems having to tell them where he is all the time etc. The scum bag lives with his girlfriend and new son although she claims as a single parent. What a joke... Why do they have to be such pigs, it is the children who suffer in all of this.
My ex is self employed but does not pay tax. He has stated to the csa he earns £150 p/w but yet the tax office have no knowledge of him. The csa told me they would contact the tax office and advise of this and check his tax returns but low and behold nothing. The scum bag wouldnt know a tax return if it bit him on his bone idle backside.
I am just glad I dont rely on the money, as it will be a nice sum when my son is older and for all I care he can burn it, pi## it up the wall, as long as he enjoys himself.[/quote]

He isnt self employed, but have reported him and his girlfriend for benefit fraud, nothing has come of it though. His employers are always his mates, as no decent company will touch him! He owes everyone money, I am sure the CSA is just the tip of the iceberg, but nothing ever catches up with him. as my OH says, even his lies arent true!

He probably doesn't want to speak to you. Could be as dumb as Marina!
In any event stop dealing with them on the phone.
Read and act on the following

Never deal with the csa on the phone, ensure that everything is put in writing.
Tell them, by way of a letter that you do not wish to deal with them over the phone. Send it by recorded delivery
Never phone!
Always write!
When you write to them send EVERY letter by recorded delivery and print off the delivery reports from the Royal mail website!
If they phone you....never speak!
(once they have introduced themselves, DON'T be rude to them, just put the phone down) They supposedly record some / all phone calls for staff training purposes so....dont be rude.
Keep copies of all communication, yours and theirs, don't lose anything!
Build a paper file! Do not lose anything
If you have the time scan everything into your pc so that you have a backup of your paper file

I know that it costs a bit more to send something recorded but it is worth it in the end.

You may eventually need a paper file.

My paper file is huge but has been well worth the effort on my behalf

I have got a huge file, of everything they have ever written to me, told me, or every time I have spoken to them. names, dates everything. Makes very interesting reading!

You are in a much better position than they are in that case. You will find your file is very useful because you will know far more than they do. Don't hold back is my advice.

I can guarantee that they'll have 'lost' records, suffered unexplained 'computer problems', had staff go off sick, etc ... and many other excuses.

Damn right I think they have not kept such a good record of your case as you have. Why should they? What's in it for them? They don't care about you. Only you care about you.
