t-mobile contract cancel

Normally if the bills are paid on time/spend on bills/calls made to other networks/other t-mob customers/calls made to other networks, stuff like that me thinks0

My contract was up for renewal, so I telephoned T-mobile to request an upgrade, they told me they couldn't offer me anything except £1.50 off my line rental and I would have to pay £200 for thephone I wanted! I was most annoyed, so I went online to their shop and was accepted for a brand new phone free of charge and the line rental is £10 cheaper, saving me £120 a year! Only down side is I'll have a new number but I'm not too bothered about that.0

Isn't that a disgrace ! treating new customers over exististing ones.
same deals should be on offer.
it pays to shop around as i got the phone i wanted free on voda compared to paying for it on tmob and cheaper tarrif.
T mobiles loss !0 -
I have had the same problems with T-mobile every time my contract is up they offer you worst deals to stay then what new customers get.
Last year they wanted me to pay £100 to upgrade so I decided to just take out a new contract with one of the online phones websites and I got the same T-mobile contract they offered me the same phone for free and £50 worth of free accessories! (The funny thing is T-mobile is probably paying these companies for getting us as well)
ELOUISE - you can also keep your own number this way you just need to port it to a PAYG sim card with another network then you can port that back to your new T-mobile contract.0 -

Customers are not valued on loyalty, they are valued on how profitable they are: at the end of the day it is a business not a charity. If the British public want more businesses that care for loyal customers then we should have supported independent high street shops instead of the likes of Tesco. We have made out own beds here.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
If you wanted to know what they could offer you why didn't you just ask them?0
