t-mobile contract cancel

I called up t-mobile to cancel my contact after 14 years of custom. They have never offered me an upgrade or cheaper line rental.
They did not seem to offer any incentive to stay. They even charged me £10 to move on to PAYG.
Anyone have any idea of the address to write to to complain and any thought?s

the £10 goes on as credit, so it's not a charge, just a top-up

Did you ask for an upgrade? I always make a point of changing my phone after 18 months (used to be 12 in the good old days...) by pro-actively phoning my provider.
Some providers do ring you and tell you you are eligible for an upgrade, but I guess T-Mob thought you were content with the deal you had and left you alone?0 -
If you had spoken to retentions and threatened to leave, then T-Mobile would have offered you something better to stay.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090

i did and i told them to cancel at the end of the call yet no retention offered0 -
I phoned on 13 Jan and they couldn't offer me what I wanted so I said I'd cancel. They usually phone you back and offer something, but doesn't look like they're going to this time! I'm thinking I'll go over to Orange anyway, so there, lol. If they are going to phone with an amazing deal they're cutting it a bit fine now aren't they.0

Same happened to me.
they said due to recession they were not offering upgrades so i left them and changed network.0 -

As a former employee of t-mob retentions I have an idea about how upgrades/new phones/discounts are given to customers, Was kinda crappy over Oct-Dec period.0
